• Event services: We provide medical cover for events - from major sporting fixtures and music festivals to public gatherings
• Community first responders: Our volunteers are trained to attend emergency calls and provide care until the ambulance arrives
• Ambulance services: We play a crucial role in supporting the emergency services
• Volunteering: Our volunteers provide first aid in their communities, keeping people safe at events, and working with the NHS when lives are on the line
• Workplace training: We are the leading provider of workplace trainig in England, reaching over 250,000 people a year
• Young people and schools: Over half of the people we train are under 18. We don't just teach life saving skills - we offer saving opportunities as well
• Community projects: We run a range of projects in communities across England, including a Carers Support Programme and homeless service

• RISE: We teach first aid and leadership skills to young people not in employment, education or training

• We administer first aid to 90,000 people at events each year
• We provise first aid coverage at 35,000 events across the country
• Our volunteers kept people safe at events, giving 1,000,000 event hours in 2014
• In 2014, our community first responders attended 10,000 emergency call outs
• Every year, we train around 400,000 people in life saving skills through our training programmes
