The Johanniter are supporting a safe house for women in Lago Agrio in the Ecuadorian Amazon region. Casa Amiga takes in women who have been victims of sexual and/or domestic abuse. Read more

Haiti

The extent of the destruction resulting from the January 12, 2010 earthquake, and the high number of casualties expected, will make a longer-term commitment in Haiti necessary. The Johanniter are providing medical assistance and orthopaedic rehabiliation for people affected by the earthquake. Read more
