One year after the devastating floods in Pakistan, Johanniter review progress in achieving the goals. Since summer 2010, Johanniter team in Pakistan has been providing emergency and essential healthcare services for the affected population across the four provinces KPK, Baluchistan, Sindh, and Punjab. Over 500,000 people have been treated, immunized and educated on health and hygiene topics. Additionally, Johanniter has distributed relief goods including tents, blankets, sleeping mats, mosquito nets, clothing, water containers, cooking utensils, and hygiene kits to over 100,000 people.

The new Project Report outlines the global assistance Johanniter provided in 2010. With the kind support of its donors, Johanniter was able to help beneficiaries throughout 27 countries around the world. Our activities in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe focused on the improvement of basic medical and orthopaedic care, as well as disaster relief and prevention.
