The Johanniter GmbH unites 19 hospitals, specialist and rehabilitation clinics, and around 80 registered medical practitioner practices in medical care and therapy centers throughout Germany. In addition, the ‘Rheinische Genossenschaft’ runs three day clinics in North Rhine-Westphalia. They all share the principle of the highest medical and nursing quality standards.

We employ over 7,000 staff members across our 8 hospitals—and a further 2,000 in our 11 specialized and rehabilitation clinics. 

Thanks to a passion for nursing, outstanding medical care and state-of-the-art treatment methods, many Johanniter facilities are renowned for their excellent and in many cases highly specialised departments.
