Promoting Livelihoods and Food Security
This is what it is all about:
The project aims to sustainably improve the living conditions and food security of particularly vulnerable people in various regions of Lebanon. The focus is on women, especially young women, women with disabilities and female-headed households, as well as young adults, people with disabilities, Syrian and Palestinian refugees and the Lebanese host community. Measures such as agricultural support, scholarships, cash-for-work programs, access to water, training and advocacy strengthen the economic stability and resilience of the target groups. The project relies on a consortial approach with multiple international and local partners to leverage synergies and maximize impact.
