Head and Neck Tumour Centre

A major focus of our clinic is the treatment of malignant tumours of the head and neck regions. These tumours lead to functional restrictions in swallowing, breathing, or speaking due to their growth. Our goal is to preserve or restore these functions. This often requires surgery by experienced surgeons. The therapy is carried out via close coordination with radiotherapists and oncologists. Therefore, a tumour conference is held every week, in which every case is discussed and a therapy concept gets drawn up. Of course, this is done according to current scientific standards and is regularly reviewed. We are a Head and Neck Tumour Centre certified by the German Cancer Society. This is the highest level of certification.

The Head and Neck Tumour Centre cooperates closely with the oncology department of the Johanniter Hospital in Bonn and the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg radiotherapy department.
