Sometimes you may need urgent medical care and attend one of our emergency facilities. If you arrive by ambulance, your immediate assessment, treatment and stabilisation are our highest priorities. Providing emergency care is part of our daily routine, but every case is unique and receives our full attention, day and night.
If you come to the Emergency Room (ER) yourself, please tell us about your main symptoms and answer all questions openly and honestly. Please also tell us if you have consumed alcohol or taken any recreational drugs. No one will judge your behaviour – our only aim is to provide you with the best possible care.

What Is Not Usually an Emergency?
Patients are treated according to the urgency of their symptoms. This ensures that those with the most serious conditions receive immediate care.
As a result, patients with non-urgent conditions may experience longer waiting times.
The following conditions do not usually require emergency treatment:
- Mild colds and minor infections
- Persistent cough without significant worsening
- Routine check-ups and follow-up appointments
- Chronic conditions without acute deterioration
- Symptoms, pain or cramping that occur from time to time and have not recently become worse
If you are unsure whether your condition requires emergency treatment, please contact:
