Our additional hospital services
As a matter of principle, all patients can make use of general hospital services, which means medical care by the doctors on duty, as well as nursing care, accommodation, and meals in a shared room.
Optional services are additional services that you can ask for individually in addition to the general hospital services.
A separate agreement as a “self-payer” is required for the use of optional services - regardless of any reimbursement claim you may have taken out against your health insurance. Our staff from the patient admission and information departments are also available for personal consultation at your bedside.
You have the choice
Optional medical treatment by senior hospital doctors:
This special service consists of the personal attention and the special professional qualifications and experience of the head physicians of Johanniter-Krankenhaus or their deputies. This includes the services of third parties arranged by these doctors (e.g. radiology, laboratory) as well as interdepartmental diagnostics and therapy within the hospital.
Optional service accommodation:
Sometimes you feel that peace and quiet and the preservation of privacy are priceless. For this purpose, our house offers you the possibility of arranging accommodation in a separate one- or two-bed room.
Further comfort elements:
If you wish, you can also book additional service offers. These include, among others:
- fresh towels daily
- breakfast á la carte
- free choice from two lunch menus and the special menu which changes daily
- TV in the room
- daily newspaper
- fresh fruit daily
- coffee and cake in the afternoon
- body care products
- bathrobe to lend
