We want to make your stay at the Neurological Rehabilitation Centre as pleasant as possible. On the following pages you will learn interesting facts about our clinic, our competences, and services, and receive helpful information for the preparation of your admission.

Case-Management

From admission planning to discharge, case management is responsible for coordinating effective care for our patients in line with their needs. We ensure an optimal, well-timed course of all measures during the entire stay - and beyond that into the after-care environment. With our work, we coordinate and support interdisciplinary processes within our clinic.

Even before admission, we determine the care requirements for each individual patient and agree on the care requirements for the interventions relevant to nursing and therapy. Within the framework of a rehabilitation assessment, we determine the actual care requirements after admission, plan the goals for therapy and care, and determine the possible care requirements for the time after inpatient care. We initiate and coordinate all processes from therapy to discharge planning. We form the interface between all wards.

Before admission to the clinic, general questions always arise. We would like to provide our patients with a few initial answers here - and thus give them a little more security.

For our patients

Our patients should feel comfortable with us. In addition to medical care and nursing, our other services also contribute to this. In addition to a library, kiosk and cafeteria, we offer a wide range of sports and leisure activities.
