Covid-19: important information for our patients and their relatives

Dear patients, dear relatives,

For months now, the Corona pandemic has also been impacting everyday life within our clinic.

We are here for you, particularly under the unfamiliar and often difficult conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Due to the declining Covid 19 infection figures, visits from relatives will be possible from 21.06.2021, under certain conditions. Firstly, the following rules apply: visitors must show that they have either tested negative, have been vaccinated, or have recovered from infection. Secondly, as before, the visiting time is limited to a maximum of two hours and takes place within fixed time windows.

  • Time windows:
    • 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    • 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    • 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (only possible by telephone appointment)
  • 4 visits per patient per week (fixed or varying visit times are possible).
  • Only 1 visitor per visit and 1 visit per day
  • Visitors may alternate from appointment to appointment

For appointments, please contact our colleagues in visitor management via phone 0228 381 240 or use our Online service (in German)

  • Visits must always be booked at least 1 day in advance.
  • Online appointments can still be cancelled if the person in the neighbouring room already has a visitor at the same time.
  • Appointments for the same day are not accepted

The distance and hygiene rules continue to apply for staff and visitors, in particular the wearing of an FFP2 mask if the distance requirement cannot be met.

We are aware of the important contribution that visiting the sick makes to the emotional well-being and ultimately also to the recovery of our patients. That is why we are very pleased that we can make these possible for our patients, albeit in a limited way.

The rules in detail:

  • Tested people must present a negative rapid test result from an official testing centre. The test must have been taken no longer than 24 hours ago. In addition, an official identification document must be carried.
  • Vaccinated people must present their vaccination card or a similar document showing that they have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days.
  • Recovered people must show a positive PCR test result that is at least 28 days and no more than six months old.

The clinic's hygiene guidelines must be followed at all times during the visit. By implementing these guidelines, we enable your relatives to visit you without any risk of infection.

If you have any questions or uncertainties regarding Coronavirus, please send them exclusively by e-mail to corona@godeshoehe.de. It is important to us to gather questions centrally and then pass them on accordingly.

Important: there are no more rapid tests for visitors on our premises!

We are aware that our measures represent a significant cut for all those involved in inpatient care. However, it is our social mission to protect the health of our patients, staff, and the people in the region as best as possible.

We thank you very much for your understanding and your active assistance!

Take care and stay healthy!

With kind regards

Your clinic management
