In medical emergencies, every second counts! Our first aid basic training prepares you to become a certified workplace first aider in just one day – hands-on, practical, and officially recognized under DGUV and FEV regulations. Ideal for driving licenses, work, and everyday life.

Our First-Aid basic training is suitable for everyone:

driving licence applicants of all classes
company first aiders
youth group leaders
trainee teachers
medical students
anyone interested

In this course, you will learn the basics of first aid in 9 lessons. The training complies with the requirements of the accident insurance providers (DGUV) and for obtaining a driving licence (Driver's Licence Regulation FEV).

Contents of first aid training

procedure at the scene of an emergency
What to do in case of unconsciousness (recovery position, cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
What to do in case of injuries or special emergencies such as poisoning, stroke and heart attack

duration: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (9 units, including breaks)
location: one of our training centres in eastern Saxony or at your company as an in-house seminar (minimum 12 participants, on request)
cost: 45 euros (for company first aiders, the costs may be covered by the accident insurance provider)
