Refresh your first aid knowledge – practical, compact, and officially recognized. Our first aid training refresher course is designed for workplace first aiders whose initial training was completed within the last two years. Over the course of 9 teaching units, key measures are reviewed, practiced, and deepened: the recovery position, CPR, correct behavior at the emergency scene, the use of bandages, and recognizing life-threatening conditions. The focus is on hands-on exercises, realistic scenarios, and mastering essential techniques with confidence. Our experienced trainers guide you through the course with clear explanations and a strong practical focus. The training meets the requirements of the Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung (DGUV) and helps ensure your ability to act in emergencies.

This course is designed for all driving license applicants.

This training is also a prerequisite for trainer and sports driving licenses 

When accidents occur in road traffic, first responders play an important role.  The affected individuals need immediate assistance before the emergency services arrive.  If you are the first to arrive at an accident scene, no miracles are expected from you – but rather brave and decisive action. That’s exactly what we prepare you for! 

We offer you digital learning opportunities for your training. Together with the group, digital scenarios will be developed dynamically. This allows for realistic situations to be simulated for your practice. 

By the end of the course, you will know what to do: 

  • if someone is unconscious (e.g., recovery position, helmet removal)
  • if someone is not breathing (e.g., cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
  • if someone has "chest problems" (e.g., in the case of a heart attack)
  • if someone is injured (e.g., controlling severe bleeding)
  • ...and much more.
