Founded in 2010, Johanniter Finland is the youngest member of JOIN. Its services include humanitarian aid and care for the elderly, sick and needy as well as first aid and CPR training. Its volunteers also provide care and relief work.

'Rantamaraton' in Helsinki

Project

Johanniter Finland will provide first aid to the runners and the spectators of the Espoo Rantamaraton. The route mainly consists of cycle paths and provides the possibility to enjoy the interior and coastline of Espoo, close to Helsinki. The Volunteer

Johanniter Finland would be happy to receive some extra volunteers with basic experience in first aid. Our Finnish member is able to host 3 foreign St John volunteers.

Where?

Espoo, in the surrounding of Helsinki. 

When?

21-22 September 2019

Volunteers will have to arrive on the 20 September and leave on the 23 September.

Who can apply?

Volunteers with basic qualifications in first aid.

Languages: English, Swedish or Finnish
